La muestra tomada en cuenta estuvo conformada por 60 colaboradores de dicha comuna a los cuales se les realizo una encuesta tomada como técnica que contribuirá en el recojo de la información para llegar a nuestro propósito. Respecto a los resultados en cuanto a la responsabilidad social se halló que presenta un nivel regular con un 65%, mientras que la gestión municipal se encuentra en la misma situación encontrándose en un nivel medio con un 66.7% por lo que en ambos casos necesita mejorar. Por otra parte, empleando Rho de Spearman se llega a corroborar la hipótesis obteniendo r=0.721 lo cual nos lleva a concluir que las variables en esta entidad si se relacionan de manera positiva alta.
