description En el Hospital Alberto Bartón, donde cursé mi licenciatura en gestión del talento, trabajé en un proyecto de suficiencia profesional titulado Inteligencia emocional y relaciones interpersonales del personal asistencial. La idea centrada en las interacciones interpersonales y la inteligencia emocional sirvió de base para el trabajo realizado en la práctica del desempeño profesional dirigido al personal del hospital. Se llevaron a cabo actividades de gestión del estrés, formación y evaluaciones psicológicas para el personal de diversos servicios. Pusimos en marcha iniciativas preventivas y de entorno laboral de forma simultánea, y respondimos a algunas de las demandas que recibimos. Se consideró conveniente y crucial realizar evaluaciones continuas de los empleados de cada servicio al menos dos veces al año para detectar posibles problemas de salud física o mental o cuestiones que pudieran poner en peligro su bienestar y repercutir negativamente en su rendimiento, motivación, productividad y entorno de trabajo. Dar prioridad a la formación también ayuda a reducir los contratiempos en el lugar de trabajo y permite a los empleados adaptarse rápidamente a los cambios exigidos por el hospital sin dejar de prestar servicios de alta calidad.
