Con respecto a los aspectos teóricos se hace referencia a Spielberger quien describió la ira en relación a sus tres componentes: enojo descontrolado, hostilidad y agresión y por ello se seleccionó el Inventario STAXI – NA para medir el nivel de ira. Esta prueba ha sido utilizada en una muestra peruana por Lévano (2017) el instrumento fue probado con una muestra piloto a fin de realizar los ajustes necesarios

It is a research is applied, with a quantitative approach, descriptive level and non-experimental cross-sectional design. The study sample consisted of 50 patients. Regarding the theoretical aspects refers to Spielberger who described the anger in relation to its three components: uncontrolled anger, hostility and aggression and therefore the Inventory STAXI - NA was selected to measure the level of anger.
