description El objetivo de estudio es determinar la relación entre la cultura organizacional y el desempeño laboral del personal de salud, en un hospital de Lima, 2024. Métodos: Se trabajará con una metodología básica, bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental de corte transversal, con una muestra de 84 personal de salud, en un hospital de Lima, 2024. Luego de su aplicación se podrá recolectar datos que serán codificados y registrados en un matriz de datos la cual recibirá un tratamiento estadístico mediante el programa SPSS 25.0, con una técnica descriptiva e inferencial, siendo esta última a través del Rho de Spearman, la cual es una prueba que permitirá corroborar la validez y veracidad de las hipótesis de estudio, con lo cual poder brindar las conclusiones a las que se llegue en la medición de las variables de estudio.
