Esto es gracias a su alto nivel de reservas, su marco jurídico promotor de la inversión privada, la disponibilidad de información catastral y geológica y la presencia de empresas líderes de la minería mundial. Con relación al objetivo general de la investigación fue establecer si las inversiones mineras chinas, inciden en el respeto del medio ambiente en el Perú, dado que muchas veces las empresa mineras en este caso, no están cumplimiento con las normas mediambientales, perjudicando la salud tanto de la población, animales y la zona donde residen. En cuanto al tipo de investigación fue descriptivo-aplicativo y el nivel aplicativo; además, el método y diseño de investigación fue expos facto o retrospectivo; y en cuanto a la población objeto de estudio estuvo constituida por Empresas Mineras Chinas en el Perú y la muestra fue de 83 Funcionarios y Empleados que laboran en ese sector, con un muestreo probalístico de probabilidad del 95% de confianza y con un margen de error de 6%. Finalmente, los instrumentos utilizados para la medición de las variables fue la técnica de la encuesta con su instrumento el cuestionario que ayudaron a la recolección de información y así poder realizar la interpretación de los resultados así como la contrastación de las hipótesis y de esa manera alcanzar los objetivos que se plantearon en el estudio
