description El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar cuál es la influencia de los factores de crecimiento sobre la rentabilidad de las MYPES del Sector Comercial del Parque Industrial de Villa El Salvador, teniendo en cuenta que una parte significativa de estas Mypes aquejan factores que limitan su crecimiento, impactando de esta manera en la rentabilidad de sus empresas. El diseño de la investigación fue de tipo no experimental, descriptiva, considerada como investigación aplicada. La población estuvo conformada por 1455 MYPES del Sector Comercial del Parque Industrial de Villa El Salvador, con un tamaño de muestra de 136 personas entre hombres y mujeres empresarios(as). Los resultados del trabajo de campo mostraron que tener acceso al crédito, accesos a nuevos mercados, información del mercado y utilizar herramientas tecnológicas le son favorables para obtener la rentabilidad esperada por estas. Se concluye la presente investigación, indicando que los factores de crecimiento influyen significativamente en la rentabilidad de las MYPES del Sector Comercial del Parque Industrial de Villa El Salvador, alcanzando así el logro de los objetivos planteados en la investigación

The population was made up of 1455 MYPES of the Commercial Sector of the Industrial Park of Villa El Salvador, with a sample size of 136 people between men and women entrepreneurs. The results of field work showed that having access to credit, new markets, market information and using technological tools to obtain the expected profitability for these.
