Para el desarrollo del presente caso clínico se aplicó el Proceso del Cuidado de Enfermería integrada por 5 etapas; en esta metodología sus etapas son sucesivas y se relacionan entre sí. Su ejecución permite a la enfermera quirúrgica la integridad de los cuidados, cubrir los intereses y necesidades que el usuario manifiesta. Pero el cuidado de su salud es flexible, adaptable y aplicable en todas las situaciones. En el proceso de pérdida de la salud o en el mantenimiento de la misma se realizó en 3 capítulos: Capítulo I, El Marco Teórico; Capítulo II, Aplicación del Proceso Cuidado de Enfermería; Capítulo III Conclusiones y Recomendaciones, Referencias Bibliográficas y Anexos, haciendo uso de la taxonomía NANDA, y el NIC y NOC, fundamentado en La Teoría de las 14 Necesidades de Virginia Henderson

Then, due to intra-operative complications, it became conventional surgery. For the development of the present clinical case the Nursing Care Process was applied, integrated by 5 stages; in this methodology its stages are successive and relate to each other. Its execution allows the surgical nurse the integrity of the care, to cover the interests and needs that the user manifests. But your health care is flexible, adaptable and applicable in all situations.
