El sujeto de estudio fue valorado según dominios de enfermería (NANDA), priorizando diagnósticos, planificando las intervenciones y finalmente evaluando resultados. La paciente recibió durante cuatro meses tratamiento alternativo con trofoterapia, fitoterapia, geoterapia, auriculoterapia, además de brindar educación en estilos de vida. El resultado que se obtuvo es la normalización de enzimas hepáticas, reducción considerable del IMC, niveles de ansiedad, modificación en hábitos alimenticios y actividad física.

The study subject was assessed according to nursing domains (NANDA), prioritizing diagnoses, planning the interventions and finally evaluating results. The patient received four months of alternative treatment with trophotherapy, phytotherapy, geotherapy, auriculotherapy, as well as providing education in lifestyles.
