El instrumento que se utilizó fue la escala previamente adaptada. La información fue procesada mediante el programa SPSS 22. La muestra estuvo conformada por hombres y mujeres. Los resultados que fueron que mantenía una buena satisfacción laboral deseada con una media de 42%, un valor mínimo de 21 y un valor máximo de 58, resaltando los factores extrínsecos sobre las relaciones sociales y el bienestar laboral. El nivel de satisfacción laboral es de 49%.

In which the general objective is to know the labor satisfaction of the workers of the company Calzados Chosica SAC, 2017 ", the population was composed of 212 people. The instrument that was used was the previously adapted scale. The information was processed through the SPSS 22 program. The sample consisted of men and women. The results were that it maintained a good job satisfaction desired with an average of 42%, a minimum value of 21 and a maximum value of 58, highlighting the extrinsic factors on social relations and labor welfare.
