La metodología fue de tipo básico con nivel correlacional que nos permitió relacionar las dos variables de estudio, el diseño fue no experimental de corte transversal, la muestra estuvo conformada por 60 adolescentes del 5to de secundaria, el tipo de muestreo fue no probabilístico de tipo intencional, la técnica que se utilizó fue la encuesta y escala los instrumentos que se aplicaron fue el cuestionario y la escala de Likert. Se identificó que el nivel de conocimiento sobre el VIH/SIDA en adolescentes del 5to de secundaria del Colegio Estatal Industrial Perené 2022, fue medio con el 63.3% y la actitud de indiferencia con el 61,7%. En conclusión, se determinó que no existe relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y actitud frente al VIH/SIDA en adolescentes del 5to de secundaria del Colegio Estatal Industrial Perené 2022.The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitude towards HIV/AIDS in adolescents in the 5th year of high school at the Colegio Estatal Industrial Perené 2022. The methodology was basic with a correlational level that allowed us to relate the two study variables, the design was non-experimental cross-sectional, the sample consisted of 60 adolescents in the 5th year of high school, the type of sampling was non-probabilistic and intentional, the technique used was the survey and scale, the instruments applied were the questionnaire and the Likert scale. It was identified that the level of knowledge about HIV/AIDS in adolescents in the 5th year of high school at the Perené 2022 State Industrial School was medium with 63.3% and the attitude of indifference with 61.7%.
