Con el Objetivo general de determinar el nivel de Conocimientos, Actitudes y Practicas Sobre Prevención del Cáncer de Mama y Cuello Uterino en las Profesionales de la Salud que laboran en los establecimientos de salud urbano y rural del MINSA- Lambayeque, enero-febrero 2017. La metodología fue una Investigación de tipo cuantitativa, descriptiva, prospectiva y de corte transversal; cuyo diseño descriptivo y correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 241 profesionales de la Salud, muestreo estratificado, género femenino que laboran en los establecimientos de salud: Salas, Incahuasi y Oyotún, representado la zona rural de Lambayeque, Chiclayo y Ferreñafe, respectivamente y los establecimientos de salud: Hospital Belén, Hospital Regional de Lambayeque y el Hospital Regional Docente de las Mercedes, representado a la zona urbana de la región Lambayeque. La Técnica utilizada fue el cuestionario tipo “test” elaborado y adaptado por las investigadoras, donde se tuvo en cuenta las diferentes dimensiones: Conocimientos, Actitudes y Prácticas. Los resultados fueron Nivel de Conocimientos Medio sobre la prevención de cáncer de mama y cuello uterino, con una actitud favorable sobre la prevención de cáncer de mama y cuello uterino y a la Práctica Sobre Prevención de Cáncer de Mama y cuello uterino según la profesión no practican. Conclusiones: El nivel de conocimientos, sobre prevención del cáncer de mama y cuello uterino en las profesionales de la salud en estudio es bueno. Respecto a la actitud: todas las profesionales de la salud tienen una actitud favorable a la prevención de cáncer de mama y cuello uterino. El nivel de práctica es bajo en todas las profesionales de la salud.With the general objective of determining with the general objective of determining the level of Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices on the Prevention of Breast and Cervical Cancer in Health Professionals that work in urban and rural health facilities of the Minsa-Lambayeque, January-February 2017. The results were Level of Knowledge on the prevention of breast and cervical cancer, with a favorable attitude on the prevention of breast and cervical cancer and the Practice on Prevention of Breast and Cervical Cancer according to the profession do not practice. Conclusions: The level of knowledge on the prevention of breast and cervical cancer in health professionals under study is good. Regarding attitude: all health professionals have a favorable attitude to the prevention of breast and cervical cancer. The level of practice is low in all health professionals.
