La población fue de 80 trabajadores a quienes se le aplicaron los cuestionarios sobre la gestión administrativa de los autores Chiavenato (2010) y de la satisfacción laboral del autor Robbins (2013) ambos cuestionarios adapatados por el investigador. Los resultados determinaron que existe una relación muy alta, positiva y significativa (Rho 0,912 y p-valor 0,000) entre la gestión administrativa y la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores del Registro Nacional de Identificación y Estado Civil, Lima, 2019
