description La tesis propuesta aborda la problemática del enriquecimiento indebido a través de la explotación no autorizada del uso de imagen en fines comerciales. Se destaca la importancia de proteger los derechos fundamentales de las personas, como la privacidad, el honor y la dignidad, así como el derecho a la imagen, según lo establece el Código Civil Peruano. El trabajo también resalta la falta de regulación suficiente en contratos publicitarios por parte de la legislación nacional y de la autoridad competente, lo cual genera vacíos legales perjudiciales. Ante esto, se plantea la investigación para analizar cómo se manifiesta este enriquecimiento injustificado, identificar las estrategias empresariales utilizadas y analizar las implicancias legales y éticas de esta práctica. Los objetivos específicos incluyen identificar las estrategias empresariales para obtener enriquecimiento injustificado a través de la explotación no autorizada del uso de imagen y analizar sus implicancias legales y éticas. La investigación no contará con hipótesis debido a la naturaleza progresiva de la construcción del trabajo en una investigación cualitativa.
