description La presente investigación titulada “Planificación estratégica para aumentar la rentabilidad de la empresa Engineering Safety Training E.I.R.L, 2019-2020”, enmarcada en las teorías de Planeamiento Estratégico; para lo cual empleó el método deductivo, con una investigación de tipo descriptivo aplicándolo al comité estratégico establecido por la empresa. Para lo cual empleó como técnicas las matrices de Planificación Estratégica: FODA, MEFI, MEFE, IE, PEYEA, MPC, GE y Balanced Scorecard. Obteniendo como principales resultados que las estrategias formuladas y planteadas obtienen un logro proyectado de aumento de un 8% en la rentabilidad comparado con el bajo nivel del indicador mencionado durante los años anteriores que se mantenía muy por debajo del índice promedio del sector. Lo que me permite concluir que la planificación estratégica es una herramienta sumamente útil y de fácil aplicación para una empresa en busca de un crecimiento sostenible y con un enfoque de mejora continua.
