description En la presente investigación se abordó el tema Gobierno abierto y su influencia en la gestión pública en una municipalidad distrital del departamento de Lambayeque, 2024, donde se tuvo como objetivo general determinar el impacto del Gobierno abierto en la Gestión pública en una municipalidad distrital del departamento de Lambayeque, 2024, teniendo como ODS el número 8 sobre el Trabajo decente y crecimiento económico, se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica, no experimental, siendo la muestra 50 funcionarios de una municipalidad distrital del departamento de Lambayeque; aplicando el instrumento validado por juicio de expertos teniendo su confiabilidad por el alfa de Cronbach en cuanto a su primera variable ,893 y la segunda variable ,855; obteniendo entre los principales resultados que el gobierno abierto impacta significativamente en la gestión pública en una municipalidad distrital del departamento de Lambayeque, 2024; teniendo como conclusión final de acuerdo a la hipótesis planteada que la conclusión final que el gobierno abierto impacta significativamente en la gestión pública de una municipalidad distrital del departamento de Lambayeque, 2024.
