Fue una investigación aplicada, cuantitativa, de diseño no experimental, transversal, correlacional. Se utilizó la muestra censal de 60 colaboradores. Se usó el análisis descriptivo de acuerdo a los objetivos para analizar los resultados de la encuesta y la estadística inferencial para probar las hipótesis de investigación, empleando la correlación Rho Spearman para su ejecución. En cuanto a los resultados, se obtuvo que existe una relación de -0.941 entre las variables, lo que significa que la correlación es inversa y de grado alto, concluyendo que a medida que el Homecenter mejore la gestión su aprovisionamiento, tomando en consideración la planificación de compras, la gestión de inventarios y los proveedores, el lead time disminuirá.
