description La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar detalladamente el comportamiento de la Producción y Exportación de Sacha Inchi al mercado Canadiense durante el periodo 2008-2015. Las exportaciones del sacha inchi a través de los años se ha ido incrementando a diferentes mercados por sus grandes propiedades medicinales y el alto contenido de omega 3,6 y 9 que se encuentra en esta planta la cual reduce y controla el colesterol, combate el stress, reducción de peso, retrasa el envejecimiento y otros Debido a esto las exportaciones de Sacha Inchi se han incrementado al mercado Canadiense durante 2008-2015. Los derivados del Sacha Inchi están siendo muy aceptados en el resto del mundo, siendo Canadá uno de sus principales compradores, ya que el consumidor Canadiense es muy cuidadoso con el producto que consume ya que tiene muy en claro el concepto de costo-beneficio.
