La investigación fue de tipo básica, el diseño fue descriptivo correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por 80 expedientes, la muestra estuvo conformado por el total de la población por lo que no fue necesario calcular una muestra, se utilizó la técnica del análisis documental y como instrumento la ficha de registro de datos. Los resultados de la investigación indican que el 55% del análisis de los expedientes considera que el peritaje contable laboral realizado es regular; asimismo el 48.8% de la ejecución de sentencias de los expedientes fue regular. La principal conclusión de la investigación evidencia que existe una relación positiva muy alta entre las variables con un coeficiente de correlación de Rho Spearman de 0.926 y significativa en el nivel de 0.01.
