La muestra la conformaron 36 trabajadores, empleándose al cuestionario como el instrumento para recoger los datos del estudio. A partir de lo cual se pudo concluir lo siguiente: La gestión del talento humano se relaciona significativamente con el desempeño laboral en una municipalidad distrital de Apurímac, a partir de un coeficiente de correlación igual a 0,782 y valor de significancia equivalente a 0.00; determinando que ambas variables se relacionan de manera positiva, por tanto, mientras mayor sea la puntuación de la variable gestión del talento humano, mayor será el desempeño laboral.
