description El problema del presente trabajo fue Cuál es la influencia de un Sistema web sobre la gestión documental del estudio jurídico Robles Abogados asesores y consultores. En esta investigación se tiene como objetivo primordial determinar la influencia del sistema web sobre la gestión documental del estudio jurídico Robles Abogados asesores y consultores. Para poder realizar la implementación del sistema web se utilizó el marco de trabajo SCRUM, PHP fue el lenguaje elegido para la programación, MySQL como administrador de base de datos, visual studio code para la edición de código. Así mismo se utilizó la arquitectura de microservicios para el desarrollo. Para el tipo de investigación fue aplicada. El diseño de la investigación fue Pre-Experimental por que intenta solucionar el problema implementando un sistema web. La muestra para el primer indicador eficiencia de atención de expedientes 196 expedientes derivadas y para el indicador siguiente el porcentaje de documentos localizados es 186 documentos buscados en un periodo de 20 días.
