Se indica que el problema principal a resolver a través de la presente investigación es ¿Qué relación existe entre la Gestión Municipal y la recaudación del Impuesto Predial en la Municipalidad distrital de Nuevo Imperial – Cañete, 2021?, asimismo, se presenta como objetivo principal Conocer la relación que existe entre la Gestión Pública y la recaudación del Impuesto Predial en la Municipalidad distrital de Nuevo Imperial – Cañete, 2021. Se hizo uso de la técnica de la entrevista, en donde el instrumento estuvo compuesto por diez preguntas dirigidas a los contribuyentes de la Municipalidad Distrital de Nuevo Imperial. Se llegó a la siguiente conclusión: La relación que existe entre la Gestión Municipal y el Impuesto Predial, es primordial para que la Municipalidad Distrital de Nuevo Imperial pueda mejorar la calidad de vida de sus contribuyentes además de recaudación y uso adecuada de dicho impuesto.
