Asimismo, el nivel de participación ciudadana en el distrito de Balsapuerto tiene un nivel malo con un 33%; concluyendo que existe relación entre la gestión municipal y la participación ciudadana en la Municipalidad Distrital de Balsapuerto, 2020, debido a que el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman obtuvo un valor de 0,821 que indica una correlación positiva alta y el nivel de significancia bilateral es igual a 0,000 y este valor es menor a 0.05.
