La muestra estuvo conformada por 300 mujeres que se atienden en la referida institución sanitaria. Los instrumentos aplicados fueron la Escala de Violencia Intrafamiliar (VIF) y el Inventario de Dependencia Emocional (IDE). Los resultados mostraron un coeficiente que existe una relación positiva alta y significativa a través del Spearman de ,830** y un p=,000, así también se encontró que un 55% alcanza un nivel severo en la variable violencia doméstica y un 57% alcanzó un nivel moderado en la variable dependencia emocional. Finalmente se concluye que, a mayor violencia doméstica, mayor será la dependencia emocional en mujeres atendidas en el Centro de Salud de Huaura.
