description El presente trabajo de investigación titulado: “La capacitación laboral y productividad de los trabajadores del Poder Judicial de Lima Este, 2018” Se plantea como objetivo: Determinar la correlación entre Capacitación y Productividad Laboral de los trabajadores del Poder Judicial de Lima Este, 2018. El diseño metodológico es de tipo descriptivo de corte transversal, de carácter cuantitativo, la muestra fue de 48 trabajadores del Poder Judicial de Lima Este. La técnica empelada fue el cuestionario y como instrumento la escala de Capacitación Laboral que fue validado por Edwin Valentín (2007) y la escala de Productividad Laboral validado por Sheyen Quispe. Los principales resultados fueron: el 100% de los trabajadores perciben que la capacitación laboral es malo, el 100% de los trabajadores perciben una productividad de nivel bajo, también se encontró en este estudio que existe una correlación directa débil entre capacitación y productividad laboral, puesto que la probabilidad es menor al nivel de significancia (Rho = 0.362*, p < 0.05).
