A la vez, se procedió a trabajar con una muestra probabilística de 245 trabajadores, y para la recolección de información, se gestionó la encuesta, en la cual se aprovecharon dos cuestionarios. A partir de entonces, los datos fueron añadidos al aplicativo SPSS, software estadístico que condujo a conclusiones finales. Por tanto, se corroboró que la motivación laboral guarda correlación muy alta y positiva con el engagement de los trabajadores de un municipio de Lima, 2022.
