description El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar la Comunicación organizacional y la Productividad laboral en la Institución Educativa Particular Mi Buen Jesús, Chimbote – 2019. La presente tesis se fundamentó en las teorías de Comunicación organizacional sustentada por Túnez (2007) y Productividad laboral sustentada por Gutiérrez (2010). La tesis se realizó bajo el tipo de investigación cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y nivel descriptivo. La población fue de 22 trabajadores. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y el instrumento para recolectar información fue un cuestionario, considerando una muestra censal. Con respecto a los resultados obtenidos, el 73% de los trabajadores percibieron que existe muy buena comunicación organizacional en la Institución, en cuanto a la dimensión comunicación interna el 77% de los trabajadores lo percibieron como un nivel muy bueno y la dimensión comunicación externa el 55% de los trabajadores lo percibieron como un nivel muy bueno. En cuanto a la variable de productividad laboral el 100% de los trabajadores mostraron que son productivos, el 91% de los trabajadores fueron eficaces, el 100% fueron eficientes y el 100% de los trabajadores se adaptaron a los cambios.
