Se utilizó una muestra censal de 27 docentes aplicándose dos cuestionarios on-line correspondientes a cada variable de estudio obteniendo como resultado de la prueba de hipótesis un coeficiente de correlación rho de Spearman de 0.724 y un nivel de significancia de p=0.000019<0.05, indicando en conclusión que existe una correlación considerable entre las variables y así mismo estas son lineales (una variable depende de la otra) es decir, a mayor gestión del talento humano mayor desempeño laboral
