description Este estudio “está dentro del alcance del estudio de Gestión Organizacional, cuyo objetivo es determinar el vínculo entre el control interno y la gestión administrativa en el Distrito de Pucará, al 2022. Se estableció una metodología aplicada y un diseño no empírico descriptivo-correlativo; la población está conformada por 62 funcionarios y empleados públicos y la muestra es de 40 servidores y funcionarios públicos, entre nombrados, permanentes y del régimen CAS de la Municipalidad Distrital de Pucará, seleccionados por muestro probabilístico aleatorio simple; se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario; el tratamiento estadístico se realizó en el software SPSS. Los resultados muestran que el control interno es regular (60%), del mismo modo la gestión administrativa (55%) es regular. Concluyendo que, existe una relación significativa con un 1% de error entre el control interno y la gestión administrativa del Distrito de Pucará, también encontramos que nuestra correlación de Pearson es muy confiable.
