description El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el grado relación entre Gestión presupuestal y satisfacción laboral en la percepción del personal administrativo, Quinta Fiscalía Provincial Penal Corporativa de Coronel Portillo, 2018. Investigación de tipo no experimental, diseño correlacional – transeccional, trabajó con una población muestral de 46 trabajadores administrativos, a quienes se les aplicó dos cuestionarios, uno para medir la gestión presupuestal y otro para medir satisfacción laboral. Los datos fueron procesados a través de la estadística inferencial; sistematizando la información en tablas y gráficos estadísticos sobre las variables de estudio. Se concluye que; Entre la gestión presupuestal y satisfacción laboral en la percepción del personal administrativo, Quinta Fiscalía Provincial Penal Corporativa de Coronel Portillo, 2018, existe una relación positiva muy fuerte según el resultado de Rho de Spearman ( . 880)
