description La presente tesis se enmarcó en la línea de investigación Gestión de organizaciones. El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar el nivel de Planeación estratégica en Caja Huancayo S.A., San Juan de Lurigancho. La investigación fue de tipo básica, descriptiva, no experimental. La población estuvo conformada por los trabajadores de la Caja Huancayo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 50 colaboradores. La técnica utilizada para la recolección de información fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario conformado por 30 ítems, y se utilizó el software estadístico SPSS versión 24 para procesar los datos. Los resultados de la investigación determinaron que la variable Planeación estratégica se reporta que el 20% de los trabajadores considera que es Buena, el 70% considera que es Regular y el 10% muestra un nivel Malo.
