La investigación que tiene lugar en las siguientes páginas tiene por objetivo contribuir al análisis y práctica de la expresión corporal con adolescentes. Este estudio nace a partir de la necesidad detectada, de contar con un material pedagógico que indague con mayor profundidad en los procesos psicológicos de los jóvenes vinculados al movimiento y su expresión a través del cuerpo. Con miras a generar una visión más clara del contexto adolescente y sus procesos de integración y aprendizaje, en los próximos capítulos se abordarán las características generales de la adolescencia; aspectos cognitivos, afectivos, sociales y desarrollo psicomotor, poniendo el foco en su esquema e imagen corporal y autoestima. |
