description El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre el estrés laboral y el clima institucional durante un aislamiento social en la Red educativa N° 19, Los Olivos, 2020, siendo de mucha importancia debido a que se busca saber cómo los docentes afrontan una educación novedosa y cómo reaccionan ante un aislamiento social, es decir el grado de estrés que afrontan y el clima institucional en el que se encuentran, además de observar su desenvolvimiento y el manejo de los directivos ante este tipo de educación. La metodología fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de nivel descriptivo correlacional, de diseño no experimental y corte transversal, además de utilizar un cuestionario compuesto de 56 ítems para recolectar información tanto de la variable estrés laboral (25 ítems) como de la variable clima institucional (31 ítems), dicho análisis de datos arrojó como resultado un coeficiente de relación de -0,987, indicando que existe una correlación negativa muy fuerte relación entre ambas variables.
