Los resultados determinaron que nivel de percepcion de la gestión municipal tiene un nivel bajo en 29 %, un nivel medio en 53 % y un nivel alto en 18 % y el nivel de percepcion de los recursos directamente recaudados al tiene un nivel bajo en 30 %, un nivel medio en 51 % y un nivel alto en 19 %. Concluyendo que existe relación positiva alta y significativa entre la gestión municipal y los recursos directamente recaudados en la en la MPSM, Tarapoto - 2023. Mediante el análisis estadístico de Rho Spearman se alcanzó un coeficiente de 0.882 (correlación positiva alta) y un p-valor igual a 0,000 (p-valor ≤ 0.01); además, solo el 77.79 % de dependencia existe entre variables.
