Se utilizó el enfoque cualitativo, el cual permitió identificar, describir y explicar el problema investigado. Asimismo, para alcanzar el objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación, se aplicó la técnica de recolección de información, a través de un estudio de teorías y de diversos materiales bibliográficos reconocidos, complementariamente se utilizó la técnica de la entrevista, con la finalidad de obtener información de especialistas en el tema.
