Para la recopilación de datos, se optó por la técnica de encuesta, utilizando un instrumento específicamente diseñado para tal propósito, denominado cuestionario. La población objeto de estudio comprendió a 18 ejecutivos de la empresa Ulead International Sapi de CV, seleccionados mediante un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Los resultados obtenidos indicaron una correlación positiva moderada de 0.573 entre las variables de Business Intelligence y productividad. En conclusión, se pudo determinar que existe una relación positiva moderada y significativa entre el uso de Business Intelligence y la productividad en la empresa Ulead International Sapi de CV. En otras palabras, la implementación efectiva de estrategias de Business Intelligence puede tener un impacto considerable en el rendimiento y la eficiencia operativa de la empresa.
