description El objetivo del estudio fue establecer la relación entre las habilidades directivas y toma de decisiones en los colaboradores de una Municipalidad de Lima, 2021. El estudio fue de tipo aplicada, de diseño no experimental de corte transversal y nivel correlacional. La población estuvo constituida por 40 trabajadores de la Gerencia de Administración Tributaria de una Municipalidad de Lima. Para la investigación, se utilizó una muestra censal, ya que se consideró a la totalidad de la cantidad poblacional al ser una cantidad pequeña. La técnica fue la encuesta mediante su instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados del estudio determinaron que las habilidades directivas se relacionan significativamente con la toma de decisiones y el coeficiente Rho de Spearman de 0,918 determinó el grado de la correlación como positiva muy alta y significativa.
