description El presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal, determinar la relación que existe en los costos por órdenes de servicios y utilidad en la agencia de viajes Carrusel representaciones SAC, Miraflores 2016, para lograr cumplir con el objetivo planteado se utilizó metodología de investigación, tipo de estudio básica o pura, nivel de investigación descriptiva correlacional y se medirá a dos variables de estudio, así mismo el diseño es no experimental por lo que no se modifica ni manipulan ninguna variable de investigación, así mismo la muestra usada es de 30 órdenes. La obtención de los datos se realizó a través de la técnica análisis documental y el instrumento usado es levantamiento de información. El proceso estadístico fue obtenido con el programa Sps, el cual nos sirve para realizar el análisis descriptivo correlacional de nuestras variables de investigación. Finalmente los resultados probaron que existe relación entre los costos por órdenes de servicios y utilidad en la agencia de viajes Carrusel representaciones SAC, Miraflores 2016.
