description Tuvo como principal finalidad de estudio: Determinar cuál es la relación entre la gestión administrativa y la calidad de gasto en un hospital nivel II de la ciudad de Lima, 2023, además la investigación tuvo un tipo de investigación básica, de diseño no experimental, porque no se manipulo la variable, también fue de enfoque cuantitativo, el alcance fue correlacional, así mismo, el método fue deductivo, se aplicó una encuesta con 20 preguntas por cada variable, así mismo, se validó el cuestionario, por 3 expertos y se aplicó el alpha de cronbach, para los 2 cuestionarios, la muestra estuvo conformada por los 87 trabajadores de un hospital, y concluyó que: El grado de relación, entre gestión administrativa y calidad de gasto fue Rho = 0.472 o 47.2%, es una relación positiva moderada, el nivel de Sig.= 000, este dato demuestra que la H1 que se plantó inicialmente, es aceptada, e inferencialmente se puede indicar que mientras la gestión administrativa mejore, en un hospital nivel II de la ciudad de Lima, la calidad de gasto también mejorará.
