Lo conformó la población de 30 funcionarios públicos, bajo el muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Se utilizó la técnica encuesta, aplicando el instrumento cuestionario a escala Likert. The result of the descriptive statistics of variable 1 prevails 50.0%, and, in 2 prevails 46.7%, both regular. The test statistic was used: Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, concluding that: a) There is a considerable positive correlation of 0.637 between the budget for results and the modernization of management; b) There is a considerable positive correlation of 0.633 between public spending and modernization of management; and, c) There is a considerable positive correlation of 0.613 between strategic planning and modernization of management.
