Tuvo como objetivo general: Determinar la relación que existe entre la aplicación de Plan Estratégico Preventivo para Adolescentes y el Consumo de Drogas y Alcohol, en el Centro de Salud Mental Comunitario Mi Perú, Callao, 2020. Esta investigación fue de enfoque cuantitativo de tipo básico, nivel descriptivo, de corte transversal, correlacional, de diseño no exploratorio. La población constituida por 115 pacientes registrados en el Centro de Salud Mental Comunitario Mi Perú y la muestra fue de 88 pacientes. La confiabilidad del instrumento Plan Estratégico Preventivo fue de 0.974 y del instrumento Consumo de Drogas y Alcohol fue de 0.997, es decir de alta confiabilidad. Los resultados obtenidos indican que el Plan Estratégico Preventivo para Adolescentes tiene relación con el Consumo de Drogas y Alcohol, en el Centro de Salud Mental Comunitario Mi Perú. La conclusión a que se llegó fue que existe una relación significativa entre ambas variables.
