El instrumento aplicado fue la escala de Motivación de Steers y Braunstein (1976) dos veces adaptado por Palma (2000) y por Sandy.V (2018). La población estuvo conformada por 200 trabajadores seleccionados a través del muestreo no probabilístico. Los resultados revelaron que, en el nivel promedio se ubicaron el 49,5% de Trabajadores municipales de Casma en época de Pandemia por Covid-19; así mismo, en el nivel promedio se ubicó al 44,5% en la dimensión necesidad de poder y 46,5% necesidad de logro respectivamente; y finalmente, el 34% presentó un nivel bajo en la dimensión necesidad de afiliación.
