Se empleó como instrumentos de evaluación, el cuestionario de Cultura Organizacional de Pedro Jaramillo Arica y el cuestionario de Absentismo Laboral de Rubén Toro Reque.Se utilizó el estadístico de chi cuadrado para relacionar las variables. Los resultados indican que a nivel general no existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre las variables estudiadas.
