El diseño fue no experimental, sin manipulación de variables y se emplearon encuestas y análisis documental, validando los instrumentos a través de expertos. En el método análisis inferencial fue la prueba de normalidad no paramétrica, con el Rho de Spearman obteniéndose un nivel de significancia inferior al 0.05 en ambas variables. Los resultados mostraron un nivel de correlación igual a 0.523 y una significancia igual a 0.000, evidenciando una correlación positiva moderada; concluyendo que existe una relación entre las habilidades blandas y el clima laboral en los trabajadores de una municipalidad distrital de Ica.
