Tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico y diseño no experimental, transversal correlacional simple. La población total fue de 120 estudiantes del tercer grado de Nivel secundario de un colegio del distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho, la muestra estuvo conformada por 120 estudiantes. Se aplicó dos cuestionarios, ambos validados y confiables. según el objetivo general, los estudiantes que reportan un bullying leve presentan autoestima alta en un 16,7%. Aquellos con bullying moderado muestran autoestima baja en un 45,8%. En el bullying severo, un 6,7% de los estudiantes tienen autoestima baja. Respecto a la hipótesis general se evidencia un Rho de Spearman de -0.508 considerado una correlación negativa, con un nivel de significancia de 0.000. Por lo que se concluyó que existe relación inversa entre el Bullying y Autoestima en Estudiantes de Secundaria de una Institución Educativa de SJL 2025.
