description El presente estudio tuvo por finalidad determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimientos sobre anemia infantil y las medidas preventivas en madres del Puesto de Salud Puente Piedra, La Libertad, 2022, se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica, con diseño no experimental, correlacional y de corte transversal, la muestra fue de 43 madres que acudieron a sus controles regulares en el área CRED en el Puesto de Salud de Puente Piedra Huamachuco. Para medir el conocimiento se aplicó un instrumento compuesto por 10 ítems, para medir las medidas preventivas se aplicó un instrumento de 19 ítems. Como resultado, del total de madres, el 69% presenta un nivel de conocimiento alto, el 26% presenta un nivel de conocimiento medio y el 5% presenta un nivel de conocimientos bajo, igualmente, se obtuvo que el 74% presenta un nivel alto de medidas preventivas, el 21% presenta un nivel medio y el 5% presenta un nivel bajo de medidas preventivas sobre anemia infantil. Determinándose que existe una relación moderada (rho = 0,561) entre el nivel de conocimientos sobre anemia infantil y las medidas preventivas en madres del Puesto de Salud Puente Piedra, 2022.
