El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre el nivel de gestión ambiental y el nivel de ecoeficiencia de los trabajadores de un gobierno regional del Perú, 2022. La investigación fue de tipo aplicada, con diseño no experimental, de corte transversal, correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por los trabajadores de la entidad regional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 164 trabajadores. La técnica utilizada para la recolección de información fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario. El cuestionario para medir la variable gestión ambiental por 22 ítems y el cuestionario para medir la variable. ecoeficiencia estuvo conformado por 18 ítems. Se utilizó el software estadístico SPSS versión 25 para procesar los datos. Los resultados de la investigación determinaron que la relación existente entre las variables gestión ambiental y la ecoeficiencia es moderada determinada por rho de Spearman = 0,607 y es significativa dado que el valor p calculado es 0.000.
