description La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el efecto que tiene la seguridad industrial en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la contrata Multiservicios Austral SAC. En el año 2019, la investigación según su finalidad es aplicada, según su enfoque es cuantitativa, según su temporalidad es transversal y su diseño no experimental de corte transversal, se consideró como población y muestra los 26 trabajadores en la contrata Multiservicios Austral SAC. Se utilizó como instrumentos de recolección de datos el cuestionario y la ficha documental, se concluyó que la Seguridad Industrial tiene una relación positiva hacia el desempeño laboral, llegándose de esta manera a aceptar la hipótesis planteada.
