description La presente investigación se ejecutó con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y prácticas de autocuidado frente al COVID 19 en vendedores del mercado El ángel del distrito de Barranca, 2022.El siguiente estudio fue de tipo Básico de diseño no experimental, descriptivo correlacional, en una muestra compuesta por vendedores del mercado El ángel del distrito de Barranca, se les aplicó como técnica una encuesta y el instrumento un cuestionario validado para cada variable, así mismo se utilizó el análisis estadístico de chi cuadrado en variables categóricas. Resultados: el valor de significancia fue 0.00 es decir que el nivel de significancia es menor a 0.05, lo que indica que existe relación entre nivel de conocimiento y prácticas de autocuidado frente al COVID19 en vendedores del mercado el ángel, distrito de Barranca 2022
