description Desde el año 2009 mediante Decreto Supremo N° 009-2009-MINAM, se establece la obligatoriedad a todas las entidades del sector público la aplicación de las Medidas de Ecoeficiencia. En tal sentido, se ha realizado el Diagnóstico de Ecoeficiencia de la Sede Central de la Corte Superior de Justicia Puente Piedra – Ventanilla, de acuerdo con la información brindada por la Oficina de Administración Distrital. Por consiguiente, se ha elaborado la línea base de Ecoeficiencia y sus indicadores de energía eléctrica, agua, combustible, emisión de CO2 equivalente para consumo de energía, útiles de oficina y generación de residuos sólidos de la Sede Central correspondiente al año 2019 y de enero a octubre de 2020. También, se identifica las oportunidades de mejora y potencialidades de reducción de costos de la Corte Superior de Justicia Puente Piedra - Ventanilla mediante la aplicación de medidas de ecoeficiencia para reducir los impactos ambientales negativos, sin perjuicio de afectar la calidad de servicio justicia.
