Los resultados evidenciaron que, el nivel la gestión ambiental fue alta en un 50.60% y el manejo de residuos sólidos fue alto en un 48.19%; además, el coeficiente de correlación entre las variables fue de 0,467 junto a un p-valor = 0.002 (p<0.05), confirmando la asociación moderada al igual que con las dimensiones de la gestión ambiental. Se concluyó que, existe relación entre la gestión ambiental y el manejo de residuos sólidos de las operaciones de la empresa azucarera en la región de Lambayeque.
